Senior Social Media StrategistWe are currently looking for a motivated Senior Social Media Strategist, based in our HQ in Brussels.Senior Strategists work on a specific portfolio of brands. Through a strong understanding of social platforms, they take an active role in all aspects of social projects—identifying brand’s issues, running competitive benchmark, forming recommendation, building campaigns architecture, drafting budget, defining the drivers of performance and the KPI’s framework.Senior Strategists design social media strategies that combines the reach of social platforms, deep audience segmentation, a strong and ongoing integration of content and targeting, robust testing approach based on conversion tracking and learning and optimization techniques to generate business results.They work closely with the client team to continuously improve the thinking, direction of the strategy, and recommended programs and tactics. They maintains a strong relationship with the different platforms’ lead for his portfolio of brand. He activates the social media partner when required.Responsibilities :Global responsibility & coordination to key client’s managementDevelopment & follow-up of long term Social Strategy (Content & Amplification) including – platforms, pillars, ideas, formats, segments, a/b testsEnsure long term alignment with client’s communication strategyResponsible for the integration of client’s corporate vision, values & initiatives in the social strategy & contentCoaching, follow-up and challenging allocated resources.Manages his time and client portfolio with due diligenceDefine KPIs and DashboardsResponsible for implementing last advertising solutions in strategiesClient paid social team organization & budget managementInternal point of contact for complex advertising related requestsResponsible for client (or agency) planning and deliverables deadlinesAuthor POVs and white papers on various topicsParticipate to event in the sector (conference, forum, task force,..)Profile:Able to train and manage a teamBusiness and entrepreneurship mindsetEasy speaker, comfortable and convincing in client meetingsOut of the box thinking for recommendations productionOrganized and autonomousProblem solverPresentation design skills (keynote or ppt)Hard and fast workerStrong Analytic skillsSocial media enthusiast with an established understanding of the wider digital communications landscapeLeft and right brained: demonstrate creativity and understanding in data analysis.Experience/Skills:4+ years’ experience in social campaign management / Previous experience in social oriented agencyAble to understand client’s need, drive its satisfaction while considering which resources can be allocated to it.Strategically strong. Understands the client’s business and is able to connect business challenges and social strategy/tactics.Ability to defend paid social competitive advantages against competitors or other media.Passionate about quickly-evolving digital/social media environment with a strong POV to share externally (white papers, events, etc.) and internally.Strong analytical skills.
