Kinder Surprise Belgium – Back to School 2016

Kinder Chocolate wanted to re-establish an emotional connection with parents, leveraging their #littlemoments positioning that celebrates the little everyday moments between parents and their children.

Little moments can take many shapes and forms, for example the getting-back-together after a small separation. We hence launched a campaign on September 1st to tell the story of a day where the getting-back-together after the first day of school is just a little more special. But we did it with a twist. This time it wasn’t mum picking up her son, but son picking up his mum – all captured by a hidden camera.

Our “reverse pick-up” story was a great success. On Facebook, the video gathered more than 656.917 views, with an organic reach of 187.149. About 12.000 people loved and shared our campaign.
