This leaves more and more consumers questioning whether they should make the journey home for the festive season.Our Card members are often living and working far from the family and friends they wish to reconnect with during this season. We wanted to create an engaging piece of social content that reminded our audience of the things we all love about travelling home for the holidays and bring a smile to their faces. From the chaos of getting everyone together around the dinner table to the non-stop laughter – we wanted to celebrate it all in this piece.The goal wasn’t to drive travel bookings, but to associate our brand with that feeling of spending the holidays with the ones you love. If they chose to travel home with American Express or merely comment on the post to their family saying they missed them, that was job done for American Express.
